    Sergei Kurilov is Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of West Siberia Business Development at TNK-BP, an integrated Russian oil company. Prior to TNK-BP, Sergei was with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Ernst & Young in the Moscow office, where he managed a number of oil & gas and utilities engagements.
