Andrew is VP Business Development for The Moody Company, a family private equity business with portfolio companies in restaurants, media, alternative energy, healthcare and oil & gas. Andrew is responsible for evaluating new opportunities as well as managing his Company’s portfolio of businesses. Prior to joining The Moody Company, Andrew was an associate for American Capital Energy in Dallas where he evaluated investments in the upstream, midstream and downstream energy sectors. Prior to American Capital, Andrew worked with the Citi Investment Banking Power, Energy and Chemicals group in New York.

Andrew holds a Masters degree in Financial Management and a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University. Andrew is a native of Lafayette, LA and joined the YPE leadership team in 2010.

Ben is the Director of Marketing & Member Services with the Louisiana Oil & Gas Association (LOGA). His responsibilities include planning & executing LOGA's fundraising events, member development and marketing the benefits of the association to the oil & gas industry. Ben is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana and is a 2002 graduate of Louisiana State University E.J. Ourso College of Business with a bachelors degree in marketing with a focus in sales & service. Prior to joining with LOGA in 2006, Ben spent four years with the Enterprise Leasing Company of New Orleans. Ben joined the YPE Lafayette Board in 2011.
