Roman Batichtchev

Roman is an Associate in the London office of First Reserve Corporation, the largest and oldest private equity firm focused on the energy industry. Roman’s responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence, execution and monitoring of current and future First Reserve portfolio companies. Before joining First Reserve, he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Energy & Power Group at Banc of America Securities LLC. He also spent time as a Wealth Management Analyst at Smith Barney. Mr. Batichtchev holds a B.A. degree in Economics, Cum Laude,  from New York University and is a native of Kaluga, Russia.  Roman joined the YPE Leadership Team in 2008.
