Mr. Roland Tong currently is the Managing Director for Alina Resource and Beijing Antra Technology. He has 20 plus years of international senior management and business development experiences in the oil and gas industry. He has represented and assisted numerous international energy companies to develop and operate business in China. He is the "first" for a number of historical energy projects and events in China. Roland has also spent many years providing consulting services to energy companies worldwide, and he has extensive experience in engineering design, evaluation, feasibility, construction, operation and management of energy projects within government authority system in China. Throughout his career, he has led many international energy companies. Among those, he was the Chief Representative in China for Enron International, Deputy General Manager for Enron Oil & Gas International and President of Tiantong International.
 
Roland is also the author of the best seller "The True Story of Petroleum" in China.

Roland holds a B.S. in Engineering from Thermal Energy Department at Tsinghua University and joined the YPE Leadership Team in 2009.
