Director - Ft. WorthRand is a Completions Engineer with EOG Resources (NYSE: EOG), a Houston-based exploration and production company with a 7.745 Tcfe reserve base (as of December 31, 2007). Prior to joining EOG Resources, Rand was a Operations Engineer for Quicksilver Resources and a consultant with IHS Energy in Houston, TX. He holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. Rand has been a member of YPE since 2007 and joined the YPE Leadership Team in 2008.
