Director - Midland/OdessaLeah Rudnicki is General Counsel of Trey Resources, a private independent producer of oil and gas focusing on the exploration, exploitation, and production of hydrocarbons in the mid-continent region. Prior to joining Trey Resources, Leah was a Senior Associate in the Houston office of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where she practiced from 2004 to 2007 and a Litigation Associate in the Houston office of Fulbright & Jaworski from 2001 to 2004. Her primary practice at Akin Gump and Fulbright focused on energy litigation, commercial litigation, and product liability.
Leah has represented many companies, including Fortune 500 companies, in contractual disputes, including royalty, merger and acquisition, and service agreement disputes, and matters involving industrial related accidents, including personal injury and property damage. In April 2006 and 2007, Leah was named a Texas Rising Star in Texas Monthly’s "Texas Super Lawyers – Rising Star Edition". Leah received her B.A. with honors in 1998 and her J.D. with distinction in 2001 from the University of Oklahoma, where she was the Chief Articles Editor of the Oklahoma Law Review.
