Kevin P. Kane is an internationally recognized author on emerging energy markets and oil & gas national policies and perspectives. Kevin is presently working with the Korean Energy Economic Institute as an international energy market strategist while also serving as a unifying leader in the Seoul international energy business community. In addition to rising as an international voice on energy issues, Kevin also co-founded Allied Friends of Kurdistan in 2006, Seoul National University Energy Economics and Security Society in 2008, and Young Professionals Energy Korea in 2009.
Possessing a B.A. with concentration in political science from Georgia State University and an M.A. with a concentration in trade and energy from Seoul National University, Kevin applies a synergy to international business that combines a skill for managing government relations with a specialized knowledge in international and Asian energy markets.
With experience serving in several international capacities with U.S. military from 1998 to 2005, as a statewide public candidate for office in the state of Georgia in 2006, and as a graduate fellow at both Kissinger McLarty Associates in 2007 and the Sejong Institute in 2008, Kevin's competence in public and government affairs, international relations and commerce, and fortune 100 strategic business advisory continues to serve as a unique asset to companies interested in penetrating Asian markets.
