YPE Initiatives

Relationships are critical in the energy industry. YPE strives to foster strong, life-long networks through a variety of events that bring together the next generation of energy leaders.

YPE hosts regular networking receptions, community service programs and recreational events during the year, which allow members to unwind while making important professional connections and social contributions. No other association offers young energy professionals such access to a broad array of energy industry peers. 

YPE also strives to provide its members with educational outreach events. These events focus on subjects relevant to all members, such as financial modeling, energy-specific legal, tax and accounting training and general energy market issues and trends. Presenters and panelists at the educational events feature some of today’s foremost industry leaders who have developed unparalleled expertise in their respective fields.
