Director - New York CitySteve is an Associate at Highstar Capital, a $3.5 billion private equity fund focused on investing in the infrastructure sector. Steve is on the investment teams for Utilities, Inc, a national water utility serving 310,000 customers in 14 states, and HarborCorp, the largest independent marine terminal operator in North America. Prior to joining Highstar, Steve was an investment banking analyst in the Global Utilities Group of UBS. While at UBS, he worked on public and private debt and equity offerings, as well as mergers and acquisitions in the power generation and utilities sectors.
