Director - New York CitySteve is an Associate at Highstar Capital, a $3.5 billion private equity fund focused on investing in the infrastructure sector. Steve is on the investment teams for Utilities, Inc., a national water utility serving 310,000 customers in 15 states, and Ports America Group, the largest independent marine terminal operator in North America with 97 terminals in 50 locations.
Prior to joining Highstar, Steve was an investment banking analyst in the Global Utilities Group of UBS. While at UBS, he worked on public and private debt and equity offerings, as well as mergers and acquisitions in the power generation and utilities sectors.
