Director - ChicagoGreg is an Associate at Wynnchurch Capital, a private equity firm that manages $500 million in capital. Wynnchurch focuses on control equity investments in companies in the energy, niche manufacturing, business services, value-added distribution and logistics markets. Prior to joining Wynnchurch, Greg was an investment banking analyst in the Basic Industrial Group of Houlihan Lokey, where he primarily focused on merger and acquisition transactions. Prior to Houlihan, Greg began his career as an analyst in the Global Portfolio Management Group of Bank of America, where he worked on underwriting and structuring debt financing. He holds a BS in Finance and minor in the Hoeft Technology & Management Program with highest honors from the University of Illinois. Greg received the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is registered with FINRA (formerly the NASD) as a General Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63).
