Director - New OrleansJD is the Public Affairs Manager for Chalmette Refining L.L.C., a 50/50 partnership with ExxonMobil and PDVSA the state owned oil company of Venezuela, located in Chalmette, Louisiana. As Public Affairs Manager he coordinates all community outreach, media, and local government affairs for the Refinery. Prior to joining ExxonMobil, he served in the George W. Bush administration as Deputy Director for Marketing and Outreach at the U.S. Department of Commerce, Office of USA Trade Promotion and U.S. and Foreign Commercial Service. JD has also held positions at the White House Office of Public Liaison, Ohio Bush-Cheney ’04 and Bush-Cheney 2000 presidential campaigns.
