I have 2-3 year’s prior investment banking experience from Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital with experience in Financial Sponsors, Power and Consumer/Retail. Skills: Structuring and execution of debt and equity financing transactions. Conducting due diligence, composing credit memoranda, developing complex financial models.

I expect to actively participate in a variety of transactions: debt, restructuring, M&A and equity, both domestic and cross-border. Be involved in every aspect of transaction analysis and execution from start to finish.

Specifically the role would involve:
 Structuring and execution of debt and equity financing transactions.
 Conducting due diligence, composing credit memoranda, developing comprehensive leveraged buyout models
 Leading compilation of new marketing materials.
 Training and development of junior talent.
