In 2006 she received a B.S. in Geology from Western Michigan University and later went on to receive a M.S. in Geology, with a focus on Carbonate Sedimentology, from Western Michigan University in 2008.                  Internationally, Amy is active in AAPG (American Association of Petroleum Geologists) through the PROWESS (Professional Women in Earth Sciences), youth education, and education committees. Locally, she is active in WTGS (West Texas Geological Society) as the committee chair for the WTGS chapter of PROWESS and is on the committee for K-12 outreach.             Prior to joining First Reserve, he was an investment banking analyst in the Global Energy Group at UBS in Houston.&amp;nbsp; While at UBS, Stephen worked on public and private debt and equity offerings, as well as mergers and acquisitions in the energy industry.&amp;nbsp; He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and an &lt;br&gt;
            MBA from the Harvard Business School. Stephen founded YPE in 2005 and is a native of Dallas, TX. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
