YOUNG PROFESSIONALS IN ENERGY INTERNATIONAL SUMMIT
Registration and Call for Papers Opens for Major Energy Networking Event
LAS VEGAS _ Young Professionals in Energy, the world’s premier energy networking organization, has opened registration for its second international conference, set for April 23-25, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
Early-bird pricing is in effect until October 1 for the second major gathering of YPE’s membership. The event will feature panel discussions and presentations by YPE members from around the world on such vital energy issues as the world oil supply, shale gas, renewable energy, and funding new energy projects.
Proposals are now being accepted for speaking opportunities at the event. Please email bruce.haring@ypenergy.org with your proposal. Deadline for submission is October 15, 2011.
YPE SUMMIT – NEW FEATURES, MORE NETWORKING
Highlighting the Summit will be the presentation of the second annual YPE People of the Year honors, celebrating the achievements and contributions to the energy industry by worthy individuals from YPE chapters and the industry at large.
The YPE Summit will also feature the debut of the first Young Professionals in Energy member directory, a unique snapshot of prominent executives and companies that are actively involved in finding solutions to the world’s energy demands. The directory will be distributed at the event and to the organization’s membership.
Who is a young professional? There's no age limit or prejudice. All are welcome to enjoy this unique networking opportunity. C-level executives from many of the world’s major energy players are active members of YPE and attended last year’s YPE Summit.
