Castlen Kennedy, YPE Board of Directors Castlen Kennedy is a manager for governmental affairs with Apache Corporation in Houston. In her role at Apache, Castlen works on federal and state legislative affairs. Prior to joining Apache, she served in the Bush administration as a senior policy advisor at the Department of Energy in Washington, DC, where she focused on oil and gas policy. Castlen has also held positions at S&B Infrastructure, RWE Trading Americas and Enron Corporation. She holds a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing a Dual Masters in Public Affairs and Energy & Earth Resources at the University of Texas at Austin. Castlen is a native of Houston, TX. She joined the YPE Leadership Team in 2006. |
