Pioneering, motivated, and creative, Ms. Pribilovics is an experienced media and communications professional. She is a recognized excellent communicator, acknowledged for her innovative campaign launches, and unique public relations strategies.
An avid traveler, Alexandra has explored several different continents and has lived in Asia for the past four and a half years where she has contributed both her communications and marketing talents to non-profit, corporate and volunteer organizations. She is eager to expand the Shanghai YPE chapter and to engage peers the energy industry.
Currently Ms. Pribilovics is the Asia Communications Manager for Honeywell Specialty Materials in Shanghai, China where she is spearheading global advertising strategies for Honeywell Electronic Materials (HEM), including designing the marketing and media strategies for new product launches.
Prior to Honeywell, she was the PR & Marketing Director for the Center of International Business Ethics in Beijing, China, where she directed and successfully executed the 3rd annual ethics conference on “Consumer Rights & Corporate Social Responsibility”. Additionally, Ms. Pribilovics initiated, launched and led 15 successful Ethics Workshops, an outreach program conducted at the University of International Business and Economics. The program guided students to critically evaluate the impact of business decisions on society, with a particular focus on energy, clean development mechanisms and businesses effects on the environment.
A philanthropist at heart, she is committed to changing the world by bettering the lives of others. Her commitment is evidenced by her participation in and leading humanitarian projects in the United States, Guatemala, Uruguay, India, Bangladesh, Cambodia, and China. Most recently Ms. Pribilovics participated in the Global Young Leaders Program in Cambodia where she worked on a deforestation project that sought to lower the carbon credits emitted.
Ms. Pribilovics thirst for knowledge of Chinese culture and desire to understand how business is conducted in China led to her completion of graduate level coursework at Peking University Beijing through the International MBA program as well as an intensive language study through a joint program with McGill and Peking Universities.
Ms. Pribilovics earned her BA from Fordham University, where she studied Political Science and Philosophy. She joined the YPE Leadership Team in 2008.
